Installing IIS 7 on Windows Server 2008
This article describes how to install the Internet Information Services (IIS) 7 on Windows Server 2008.
Server Manager
1. Click Start and click Server Manager.
2. In Server Manager, click Roles.
3. In the Roles page, click Add Roles.Add Roles Wizard
1. In Add Roles Wizard, click Next.
2. In Select Server Roles, check Web Server (IIS).
3. Click Add Required Features and click Next.
4. In Web Server (IIS), click Next.
5. In Select Roles Services, check the items listed below.

6. In Confirm Installation Selections, click Install.
7. Installation will now begin.
